A friend of mine's husband works at the Nashville International Airport. The other night Bert emailed Carol with something that happened in customer service. This is truly too good to keep.

A lady called the customer service number and asked what airlines fly to "Chicago O'hara airport" yes, that is correct she said O'Hara.

So, the customer service agent said we have American and United that fly to O'HARE (emphasis on the correct pronounciation) and southwest airlines goes to Midway.

The lady says, what do you mean midway? Do They just go half-way????

Good, good, good one ... ranks right up there with some of the inquiries customer service gets about computers. Haven't we seen some of those types of things posted somewhere around here? ;)
