Kinda These are the crew from TCHC - Toronto Community Housing Corporation. I have been Tenant Representative for the last 4 yrs now and love it!!!

I get to speak up on policies, services in the community, plan activities, help develope aprentiship programs and network with multi levels of goverment and agencies in the community. Example - Churchs, Metropolitan Police, employment & schools (Adult & High School).

So three are from TCHC and the 4th gentleman is the mayor of Toronto David Miller.
We are setting up dates to get together as a community to try and change the direction of our area.

All this and I am working full time and part time as well as the power points for church (This part grounds me, so I am able to do everything else!!)

Yeah I am having fun.

Better hurry, Marilyn! Willie will turn 74 on his birthday next April, and he doesn't seem to be doing a whole lot to stay healthy ... he and his band were all just busted for possession of quantities of wacky-tabaccy ... he's recently been photographically captured hangin' out with recently "freed" Jessica Simpson, a fellow-Texan.

Those are the official signs of office as the Mayor of Toronto.
He was their as the mayor, as so he has to wear his symbol of the job.
