Fancy Potato Casserole
In a skillet saute:
1 bunch of green onions, tops and all
1 stick of butter
salt and pepper
Add:
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 16 oz container of sour creme
1 pound Velveeta cheese, cubed very small
Heat slowly, stirring frequently. Once everything is
melted and blended, pour mixture over 2 lb bag of
thawed hash brown potatoes and stir. Put in 13 X9
inch pan and bake for approximately 1 hour at 350
degrees. Enjoy!
