This is just a joke, okay? I don't know who this is. It just came in my email. We just about had to do this with LeAnne when she was little. Some kids you can sit in the corner and they will stay there. Not LeAnne. We had to stay there to make sure she stayed there. We usually tried other methods of discipline with her. She turned out okay, don't ya think? :basic03

'Wonder how much of that wall came down with the duct tape? Perhaps they figured it was OK to do it, since they were removing that partition/drywall, anyway? Rather weird, anyway.

Is that against the law? It's worth looking into. How about some tape over the mouth? Just a thought. Now that my kids are grown I learning new discipline methods.

Yes, it is very much against the law. I'm sure many of us have felt like doing that a time or two.
Like I said, I don't know who this is. The kid doesn't look upset. I'm sure they just did it for this photo and didn't have the kid like that very long. If the kid looked like she was in pain or not happy, I wouldn't think it was funny at all.

Whatever happened to the old standby, locking them in a closet with a hole in the door the size of their mouth to shove food into them?

I watched the pastor's grandson the other day (he is 17 months old) and I have to admit this picture came to mind more than once. But I resisted the temptation.
