Some help please ladies!

This year I am our church's Ladies Ministries Director. I have never done this before. I accepted this position and the position of Treasurer (while the regular one is in Florida for the winter) and being a girl scout leader when I was a stay at home mom. I now work full time. Can I please have some ideas about activites to do or outings to go on. Our group is very small and I am the youngest one at 28, our church is mostly older people. Any ideas would be loved!! Thank you!!

If you email me your email address I will send you my Women's Ministry calendar for the church year and you can see what we do.

We have our own overnight retreat at the vacation home of one of our families at Current River.

We do Christmas gifts for the mentally challenged adults at a group home near where I live. We also do Easter baskets for them.

We bring in items for the Women's Shelter every other month. There is a drop off place at the mall where someone from the shelter will come and pick up donations. My calendar tells you what items we collect.

We have Spring and Christmas dinners at restaurants.

We exchange Secret Prayer Sisters at the Christmas dinner and reveal who we prayed for at the next year's dinner.

We have a business meeting with devotions and refreshments once a month except months when we have dinners.

We do a Spring yard sale to give us funds to do things for others.

We are in charge of the baby and wedding showers and the graduation reception.

We are a small group of 20+ so we can do things that larger groups probably cannot.

By the way...John was raised in the Bryan, OH church near you. I was raised in the Tiffin, OH church that used to be on Central Ohio District.

ummm Ladies... This is, and dont hold it against her... MY neice!:fav14 and ummm Jen.. we are only say 10 mi from IN and Mich... AND bout 10 mi from Bryan.

We are on the NWO District.

And besides Jenni is the mommy of Corrina age 7 and Stephen that is 4 and acts wayyyy tooo much like his daddy!:fun12
