now all I see here are foods for regular people, Im tryin to lose a few pounds, what shall I do?

Eat carrot and celery sticks. Easy to fix.

RECIPE FOR CARROT AND CELERY STICKS

1 lg carrot
1 stalk of celery
Paring knife

With paring knife, cut the carrot and stalk of celery in half, length-wise, and then in half again so you have 4 long sticks of each.
With paring knife cut the carrot and celery into exactly 2 inch stick.
If you have any left over from 2 inch pieces, eat them right away so no one knows you did not measure correctly and all of your veggie sticks match in length.

EAT SLOWLY

Serves 1

Then, after everyone else is in bed, go out in the dark kitchen and eat a large bowl of caramel corn with a few chocolate/peanut butter truffles. (Recipes found on this forum)
