Saving Videos from YouTube

Honestly, I am not all the comfortable using YouTube. It feels a bit like digging through the dumpster for something worth seeing. Still, there is some good stuff there. I found a Christmas video I wanted to use at church, but wasn't sure how to save it and then convert it to something other than flash video. Low and behold, someone has a video on just how to do that.

There is a plug-in for Firefox called Video Downloader that makes this real simple too..
