4-5 Chicken Breasts (about 1.75 lbs)
1 small jar Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Wing sauce (i used about 1 cup total from a large jar)
2 blocks cream cheese (low fat is fine)
1 jar ranch dressing
8 oz. shredded monterey jack cheese

Boil chicken breast and shred. into a 9X13 pan. In medium saucepan over medium heat, mix cream cheese & ranch. Stir until smooth. Remove from heat & stir in buffalo wing sauce & chicken. Spread into 9x13 pan, bake at 350* for 20 minutes, cover with shredded jack cheese, return to oven 10 min or until cheese is melty. Serve w/ Frito scoops.
