View Full Version : Someone Asked Me About a Lady GaGa Song Today

I have heard of Lady GaGa. If I have ever heard her, I can't recall.

Today, someone asked me what her song about Judas means. I told her I wasn't familiar with the song, but I'd see if I could look up the words. I found them. Since I don't want to break some sort of rule, I'll just post the link to where I found the lyrics here rather than posting the lyrics themselves:

My first take is that the song is about glorifying Judas, knowing that Jesus and Judas are opposites, but consciously choosing to go with Judas. In other words--purposeful rejection of Jesus in order to willfully choose the demonic over the Divine.

Anyone else have any insights?

In general, I read the song as the confession of one who knows she should follow Jesus, but admits her love for the dark side.

Hey,that was different. ;) Have seen her on TV, & this is the most normal we have ever seen her dressed. LOL

Anyway, looks like they were having fun, & she can sing. ;)
