When ever I try to install something I get a notice I have a problem with Drive E. Drive E is only when you put a stick in and nothing is in it. How do I get install to go back to Drive C.
Has anyone else been having this kind of problem?

Usually, install programs have a "default" place to load the files, but also allow one to change the default. The only times I have had a problem is when the program wanted to load to "C" and I wanted it somewhere else.
