Like a number of you I'm sure, I save emails from Rick Warren, John Maxwell, etc. How can I save them to a stick so I can move them between my laptop and desktop?

The ones I save are from grandkids. I use Outlook for my email. Outlook saves all of your email in a file named Outlook.pst. From time to time, I just copy the Outlook.pst file to a flash drive, then save it on the Laptop.
I try not to use both computers for email at the same time. If I am at home I use the desk top. If I am traveling I use the Lap Top. Several times a year, I find that I have saved some emails on each. In that situation, I copy the Outlook.pst from the laptop to the flashdrive. I then use the "import" feature of Outlook to add the emails from the flashdrive to the Desktop File.
At the end of each year, I rename my outlook.pst file like "outlook2006.pst" I save the old Outlook file in the arcive and start a new one as of Jan. 1.
It works for me.
