upload error message

I've been trying to upload a photo to post, and I keep getting this error message. . . is this a NazNet setting that only allows 30 seconds for an upload? I know my computer is terribly slow and obsolete in many ways, but. . .only 30 seconds? What do I need to do? (Other than look for another computer). photo size is approx. 130 kb.

Brian I sure don't know what is happening. I found that php was running under default settings and increased the timeout on it. Try again and see what happens, hopefully I fixed it without breaking something else!

Thanks Scott! I just now tried it again and it worked. I'm on a dial-up connection. Would connection speed contribute to the timeout? It is currently at 52 kbps. Again, thanks!
