Help with program

I need some help here.
I am trying to watch something on youtube and this is the message I keep getting - Hello, you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Macromedia's Flash Player. Get the latest flash player.

Any ideas as to how to fix this situation?

I have the latest Flash Player.

Open Internet Explorerand in the Tools menu go to Internet Options. Then open the security tab with Internet highlighted make sure the setting is Medium-high or below; if it is then click on Custom level..., scroll down and check the settings. There is a section for scripts. Also make sure you have Java installed, it does not ship with Windows like it once did.
