I need some computer help!!

I need some help here.
I am trying to watch something on youtube and this is the message I keep getting - Hello, you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Macromedia's Flash Player. Get the latest flash player.

Any ideas as to how to fix this situation?

How do I check if the Javascript is turned on?

I have the latest Flash Player.

I fixed it!!!

When all else fails.

Delete both Java and Flash Player - then reinstall.

It now works.

Thank you to the ones that geave me ideas as to what top do.

I tried both ideas and nothing worked.
