There are 7 of us heading down to St Maarten (Dutch side) for a week of sun and fun. We will be doing some Scuba Diving, water rides and other fun stuff. I hear it doesn't snow there. We have had tones this week in our neck of the woods.
See you all in a week or so. I'll post pics when I get back, maybe even some underwater ones

Have fun. Don't get drowned, or we will miss seeing the pictures.
Now, my conscious is bothering me for what I said. Should it?
Sorry!
Now that word "Sorry", has taken away all of the fun of it.

Forget "sorry." How about "green" ... "envious" ... "jealous" instead? :basic05
Nawww, that's not nice, either, is it? OK, Pete, just enjoy your trip. Make SURE you get us some of those underwater pics you mentioned. Please?

Well, we have been here for 4 days. The weather is awesome. No snow, no wind chill, lots of food and fun. We got our PADI Certification yesterday. We are now certified Open Water Scuba Divers. We dove at 25 feet the first 2 dives and 55 feet the last two dives. We saw coral, huge sponge, and lots of fish I have yet to identify. No sharks or jelly fish. One in the group saw a few eels. We have to scan in the underwater pictures next week when we get them back from development.
Talk to you next week. Off to Philipsburg shopping this afternoon.

Enjoy these pictures.
Creole Rock is the first & third pictures. This is where we dove to 25 feet and snorkelled on the last day. The second is Philipsburg, the capital city's beachfront, the fourth is my new boat!
The underwater ones will be developed soon. When I get copies, I'll post some as well.
