What is made of concrete, ...... does not mean a material like mortar, it means a term, built from the letters "c, o, n, c, r, e, t and e"?

... is green, ...... means a characteristic like "fresh" or "new" or maybe "newbie" (greenhorn)?

... and lies on top of dirt?... äh - what could be on top of bad speeches?
