the answer is:

NOTHING...

NOTHING is better than Jehova... NOTHING is worse than Satan, the dead eat NOTHING, and if you eat NOTHING, you'll die!

Once Upon A Time
was told on NazNet, children in Kindergarten had delivered better answers than students on an university (I forgot wich that was, it was an US - american university) for the questions,

What is greater than God,
More evil than the devil?
The poor have it,
The rich need it,
And if you eat it, you die?

"the dead do eat it" - will make an answer too easy.
