    Latest food discovery

    We had a short vacay and we tried Armenia's popular cuisine - Dolma. It's stuffed vegetable with ground beef and rice. They used grape leaves to wrap. I'm thinking of adopting it and try other type of leaves as wrapper. What could be closer to grape leaves?

    Nothing works as well as grape leaves, but I've used broccoli leaves before. I've also used collard greens (with the rib carefully cut out) but that was almost inedible.
