    Boise State's Coach Petersen pay package

    is $8 million over the next 5 years with incentitives, none of which is from Idaho taxation. It is all from gate receipts and Bronco Foundation as I understand it. That is 16 times what the governor will get over the same period but then Pete will likely have better years than Butch.
