Just 3 posts this time . I got just 2 minutes with the first but 5 hours and 14 minutes with the second . But kudos to you Susan , on over 24 hours with yours!!!

This was 12 hours not 24 as well .

My job has me in almost constant anxiety lately. I need something different but I have been with the agency I work for 21 years and at 57 I am afraid of starting over. It's been like this for about a year and a half. I keep thinking it will get better but with each new change in administration it seems to get worse. If I were younger I wouldn't hesitate about quitting.

Ah,I feel for you Glenda. I worked a super stressful job for 7.5 years. 11 years later I am still recovering.

I have come to the realization that if I end up being fired I will survive. It is the worry and anxiety that I might not survive. I am going to stop praying for things to get better at work and start praying that I will be able to trust God and not worry. Good for you! In fact, this could be a sign of a new path beginnng for you from God. Ex. Someone I know personally lost his job last year, in a tense stressful way like you could be encountering soon. He wasn't a spring chicken either. But withing a month or two later a job as a local pastor in a UM church popped up for him. It may not pay enough as his old job but it is helping him plus it is a job he loves and can do with dignity.

It doesn't work that way , Susan . Sorry . And to make things worse I made a mistake . That was just over 12 not 24 ! Made that same mistake Oct 8th as well. Guess I just wanted to see you have more hours , Susan .
