I have a detached garage but its about 10 feet back and 5 feet over . I park at the base of the side steps to have as little walking as possible and with the ice in winter no extra steps are worth risking falling .Open air like you , Gina .
The man who uses my garage for storage wishes he had thought of moving his dad's carport across the street from me to my place but it occurred to him after the sale went through .

Morning All! And it's a chilly one here.
Funny how the air feels so cold early on. It's 42 here, which will feel like a heat wave come February, it's chilly in October though.

It's 29 here. Although, while I'm not bothered by it, I'm not exactly thrilled either. I know that there is a warm spot yet to be had and enjoyed before we begin the slow and sure descent into winter. Then I start to get excited and hopeful, as I realize that the ground must be frozen before the snow will fall and stay, and it's the snow that I look forward to.

Up to a very comfortable and crisp 37 right now. Time to change and it's off to church. I need to drop off a couple of posters for our upcoming singspiration to my friends at the Adventist Church. For a couple of hours, I'll be thinking it's Sunday, it's a weird feeling, although I expect that worship on Sunday feels odd to them.

I've been recovering from major trauma. Last week a filling fell out of one of my wisdom teeth, and quickly developed into a toothache that had me up all hours of the night. Finally got it pulled out on Tuesday, and it was my first one. Never had a tooth pulled before and I suppose I'm being a baby about it. I should have known that what they call an extraction, really means that they numb up your gum with novacain, then reach in with a pair of pliers and yank it out! Sure makes me hope that it will be a long time before I lose another one!
