I've added a couple of blogs

I think I’ve frustrated a lot of readers with my schizophrenic miscellany blog. What can I say? A lot of stuff interests me! Anyway, I’ve decided it’s time to divide things up a bit. From now on my “Miscellany” blog will contain church, faith, Christianity, denominational stuff. It may get some other stuff that just plain doesn’t fit else where, but, in general, it’ll be on these subjects.

I’ve started two other blogs and have moved several posts to them. Here’s my blog line up now:
I’m pleased when people think my work is worth reading, but I understand it’s frustrating to sign up for a blog and then have to wade through topics that aren’t especially interesting to you. Using this method should let people be able to pick and chose a bit more.
Thanks Martijn van Beveren, Susan Unger - "thanks" for this post

Re: I've added a couple of blogs

My blogging journey has continued. I still have all four blogs and my two blogger efforts are still at:
    Pastor Scott’s Church Tech
    Pastor Scott’s Travel and Photos

For some time now I've been a bit concerned that my daily devotional blog dominated the "most recent" listings at Nazarene.org blogs. I didn't like it looking as though I was some big shot blogger with the denomination, but anyone who visited the home page would likely get that impression.

However, I was hesitant to make any changes because my writing was getting a lot of hits off of search engines and I knew that if I moved away that those hits would all be lost, at least for awhile.

As we approached the first of the year, the decision was made to reorganize the Nazarene blogging effort, including using a different domain name. That meant that the search engine hits wouldn't end up on my blog anyway. I decided it was time for me to move out. I relocated the two blogs I'd had at nazarene.org to my own pastorscott.com domain.

I'm not complaining about nazarene.org - while what I was doing there created a lot of traffic for the blogs there, my devotionals really weren't part of their mission in the first place.

I was able to keep all my subscribers through the move, but my search engine traffic tanked and is now less than half of what it was, although it's coming up bit by bit. So my Devotionals and Miscellaneous (now called "Ministerially Speaking") blogs are now housed at pastorscott.com:

    Pastor Scott’s Devotional Writing
    Pastor Scott’s Ministerially Speaking

Scott, since you mentioned ministerial and miscellaneous being together, I tho't it could maybe be called:

    Ministeri-laneously Speaking
