The Curious Case of Benjamin Button (2008)

I'm sick and watched this movie in parts over the last 12 hours on my laptop. The concept is intriguing and I liked the various ways it makes one consider life, childhood, aging, etc. There were a number of scenes/themes that reminded me of process thought/open theology (specifically the effect of various simultaneous events and decisions).

There was quite a bit of extramarital sex. I was reminded several times of Forrest Gump - the movies share similar themes and movements. I found the interplay with the oncoming Hurricane Katrina somewhat distracting...I'm not sure why.

I can't decide if I like this movie or not. It was an interesting concept, more fantasy than reality, kind of reminded me of the movie "Big Fish".
