Does anyone use iTunes podcasting? Would you be willing to walk me through the steps of what it takes to get sermons to iTunes?

It looks like you have to submit your podcast feed to the itunes store

David,
iTunes is one of many distribution channels for an already existing podcast. Do you already have a podcast setup? If not.... are you already recording sermons in a digital format?
It's not difficult to get going... just let me know where you're at in the process already.

Jon, I am using Audicity to capture and edit my recording. I can currently put them on my website. I am hoping to use iTunes to help our church broaden our scope. Posting sermons on the website is fine, but only people who know that they are there are the only ones who access them. I realize there are not alot of people who will be searching "nazarene sermons" on iTunes, but you never know.
Thanks,
ds
Your next step is to create a feed of your sermons...
Your website may already be able to do that... it would be a blog/xml/rss feed of some sort.
If not, you can create a free blog at blogger to drive your podcast. Each sermon gets its own entry.
Once you create a feed, then you can submit it to iTunes (and other directories of podcasts).
Let me know what steps you would like more detail.
Grace and Peace,
Jon Twitchell

There is also a service called sermon cloud. I think you could use it to host/store your podcast files, then make them available via iTunes as a distribution channel.
