Very appropriate.

Wilson, if this post is followed by SD completing the comeback and putting my cheesehead wife in a foul mood, I blame you.

I'm just happy that I kept Vincent Jackson in my fantasy team line-up.

wilson, I know the Hall of Famer, Jerry Kramer, who was at the University of Idaho while I was at then NNC. He used to come by and have a visit with me at the JDPENNEY men's suit department where I worked from 1988-2000. I miss Darren Colledge and Cory Hall from the Packers this year who are alums of BSU.

I'm going to say this and I really believe it. Aaron Rodgers is the platonic idea of a QB. He is about as close to perfection as you can get. I grew up watching Terry Bradshaw and Joe Montana. Not since either of them have I seen a QB with so much poise. Rodgers is absolutely brilliant. And he runs when he has too. The guy can do so many wonderful things in AND out of the pocket. I just love watching him play the game and I'm not a huge Pack fan. I only wish he was my fantasy QB, had him last year and almost won my league.

My wife has been loving this season... which means I've been loving this season... thanks to the Packers' winning streak. It's amazing how many of her coworkers and friends continue to make stupid bets with her on games. Never for money, of course. For silly stuff... like having to wear a pink Aaron Rodgers jersey she bought online to an upcoming administrators meeting. He's going to love that.![]()
Rodgers can't set any records if McCarthy keeps putting Flynn in for that long... BB would be ashamed![]()

We didn't get the game here... which was good, beause I think it stymied my wife's anger. They only need one win or one SF loss to clinch home field... I'm sure they'll manage, and Rodgers will get plenty of rest time.
It sure wasn't looking too good for most of the first half, though, was it? We (watching in the Dells with my inlaws) were starting to worry that we were seeing a repeat of last week's performance. But they got it together!
McCown seemed to do a pretty solid job for the Bears. I wouldn't mind seeing more of him in the future...
15 and 1!!!
Rodgers, Matthews, Woodson, etc. sat this one out. Backup quarterback Matt Flynn set team record with 6 touchdown passes! (Flynn is about to become a free agent and at this point, I think he will starting for another team next season.)
Two wins from the Superbowl, three wins from the repeat!!!

If Rodgers had thrown those 6 TD passes instead of Flynn, he would've tied the record for TDs in a season.
Sorry Wilson.
I know there's still time on the clock but this game is over.
