My multi-slot digital card reader (Digital Concepts) used to work as follows:
a) insert the card
b) I'd get an option on my monitor with the ability to browse - even rename - to put the pictures on the card
c) when finished - - - - I forgot the next step . . . sorry
However now, with Windows 7 - NOTHING happens. So I . . .
a) insert the card
b) beginning at My Computer I search until I find the card reader
c) open that folder
d) rename all the pictures on the card - so the pictures taken today are named 100522 etc
e) Select all
f) Move to folder - and I then move them to my New Pictures folder.
And that's a pain....I sure liked the process with Windows XP a LOT better.
Any clues?
