PEACH balsamic vinegar, obtained from Whole Food Market's liquid bulk area, is v-e-r-y delicious and makes a great salad dressing when combined with some good-quality EVOO or walnut oil. This fruit salad, with the newfound product, was definitely taken to a new level. Gala apples, comice pears, oranges, and cranberries, plus the dressing, equals ooh, ooh, good! So easy to make, too!
If you like peach and vinegar, you'll love this balsamic vinegar! When the gal at WFM was telling me about it, she said it was good enough to drink, and she gave me a nice sample. Wow, it was, but needs to be done slowly. She, also, said that is was great on top of ice cream or plain yogurt, as a glaze on turkey, some veggies, fruits or many desserts, and one's imagination is the limit.
