Looking for kitchen organizer for aluminum foil, wax paper, plastic wrap...

My mother had an organizer inside the cabinet .door under the kitchen sink. I can't find one of these in the stores. Has anyone seen anything like it recently?

I am pretty sure I saw one in either Lowe's or Home Depot recently. Check the aisle that has storage stuff in it.
