I thought I recognized Bob Larson. I listened to him as a young Christian. Learned a lot about cults and religions. Also learned too much about sensationalism and greed.

From there, in my experience, young, attractive females tend to hang around with and make friends with other young, attractive females.

That actually fits in well with the you hang around people like yourself. Which has been gaining ground in psychology and sociology at well.
