Eagles are a fairly common sight in the Boise area. Nearby is the town of Eagle, ID next to Eagle Ishand where there are many nesting areas as well as up and down the Boise River. Sometimes they are seen flying among our taller buildings in the city center. Close by is the Birds of Prey Wildlife Refuge where raptors of all kind are rehabilitated and studied.
One of my most favorite sites. I have it linked to my favorites and check in quite often. Helps that it is in Iowa, too! Go Hawkeyes!
