    Josh Hamilton's 4 HRs in a game

What a game. I wish I had seen it. Those lucky 11K fans in Camden yard were witness to greatness. 4 hrs 1 double, 5 for 5 18 bases in one game. An American league record. He has more HRs this season than the entire SD Padres team. His current batting average is over 400. and on and on and on it goes.

Josh Hamilton has a great story of coming back from drug and alcohol dependence and one of redemption through Christ. Just think though How great in baseball terms his career would have been had he not been sidetracked and lost so many years? Home run titles , Hall of Fame, Triple crowns..? This off season started weird for Josh, he fell off the wagon once and received public humiliation for drunken bout in a Dallas resto. Then a week later he was speaking at a large Christian rally in Houston confessing his weakness determination to continue his walk in Christ. By Falling off the wagon he admitted that he probably lost a lot of money in his upcoming contract but I think he is working hard to make up for it on the field this year.

Josh Hamilton preached it on PTI (particularly minutes 4:36-6:50).

Great interview. He seems to be headed in the right direction. And it appears his relapse wasn't a full blown binge, more or less having a couple drinks when he should not have. So it appears, overall, he is moving along and progressing. Hopefully, this trend continues and he plays baseball for a long time and shares the love of Christ for sinners to millions.
