    If I said, while facing you . . .

. . . and rubbing my right cheek, "Rub your right cheek" - would you rub your right cheek or rub your left cheek, as if you'd been looking into a mirror?

Yes, this issue is of VITAL importance!

    I don't know.

But when I lead "Father Abraham" for the children on Sunday morning, I always wave my left hand while singing, "right hand," and vice versa.

I've also learned to make gestures in reverse from the pulpit or platform... if I'm singing "who was, and is, and is to come," I gesture right, center, and left... instead of left, center, and right. If I am pointing to imaginary words for emphasis as I speak them, I make my gestures from right to left instead of from left to right.

At this point, it's all rather second nature to me.

I'd probably go for my right cheek because my wallet would be in the way of my left cheek.

Just tried it on Joe. He rubbed his left cheek. Interesting.

Aha! Are you left-handed, or do you hold it in your left, to keep your better-working hand free to dig through it more easily than you could with your lesser-used hand?

    (left-handers like to know).

As a right-hander, I hold it in left to retrieve credit cards, cash, etc., with right...

Oh, OK. So then, you're not "one of us," after all, Wilson! LOL.
