    This is slap-yo-mama GOOD!

    You guys have GOT to try this! We used asiago in place of some of the parmesan. Otherwise, we followed the recipe exactly. We told ourselves that the fresh veggies offset the fat in the cream, butter and cheese.

    I will absolutely make this, using gluten- free pasta, which does change the preparation a bit. Will report back.

    I would try it but I would have to eat it all myself as esther's menu restrictions rejects any form of cheese. I am open to an invitation.
