Eighty year old negatives become pictures for the first time

I found quite a few old negatives at my mom's house and I figured out how to use my scanner to turn them into photos. Most of the pictures my 78 year old mother had never seen.

This is a picture of Francis, the woman who helped raise my mom. Mom's brother, David is on the left...my mom on the right. Although my mother has never forgotten Francis, she has never had a picture...until now.

What a treasurer. I have been converning old negatives too. Some of them are so old that no one living knows what they are.
