I just received word of the death of a friend, Rev. Changa Museya. I met Changa when Linda and I participated in training of pastors and wives in Zambia a few years ago. He was interpreter for several of the sessions. He had a wive and 3 young children.
A few weeks ago, Changa contacted me by email to request financial help with his education. He wanted to enroll in the online program with Nazarene Theological College of South Africa. After praying about the request, Linda and I sent enough to pay for all of his tuition and fees to complete his degree.
A couple of weeks ago Changa stopped responding to my emails. That wasn't like him at all, so I became worried. Today I learned that the reason he stopped responding was a stroke. He had a stroke, then before he could recover, he came down with malaria. He died this morning.
Please pray for his family and for the Chamboli Nazarene Church of Kitwe, Zambia where he was pastor.
