Well, I've been running quite a bit. I ran when I was in the Army because I had to and I hated every single second of it. I always got shin-splints and just couldn't stand running.
For some unknown reason, about a month ago I decided to try running again. I really don't know what prompted that first run. But I got the Nike+ Running app and some good running shoes and so far in August I've run 22 miles.
So now I have some goals. I will be running in a 5k in September and a 1/2 marathon in October. The 13.1 miles of the half marathon is pretty daunting, but I've been telling people about it, so now I have to do it.
I'll start training for the 1/2 marathon in earnest next week.
Oh, and with all this running, I'm losing weight and having far fewer headaches than I was having before.
