Am I the only one who finds the "Find a Church" tool at the denominational website to be useless. There seems to be no interactive relationship between the city and state search you enter and the map.

It is against the unspoken rules to criticize the denomination's web site.

It used to work. I've found it useless only the last year or so. Perhaps there's something wrong with their programming.

About a year ago I had to give up on their "Find a church" option and started putting in "Church of the Nazarene" in Google Maps specified by city or state. Google doesn't seem to be confused, so that generally works.
But I go to a church where the "office address" is the pastor's home as we have met in various locations the past few years without a permanent home. So it works most the time, but doesn't help me find my church. Not sure how I'll manage to get there on Sunday.![]()

Well, even if they get it to where it's easier access, it won't do much good if the website doesn't give the address - or it it doesn't give city and state (although that may not be as necessary). I've run across churches that fail to include that information.
They've been going through an interminably long revamp process for the website (like a year or more), I just assumed this failure was part of that process.

They should just imbed a custom google map, I have seen large corporations do this.
The one they are using is clunky to say the least.

Close... After years of being shaken down by a well-connected vendor, the GMC finally regained ownership of their own website. I'm sure that restoring a respectful level of functionality to the steaming pile of you-know-what that the vendor handed them will take a considerable amount of time.
