We Idahoans like our spuds
For breakfast, hash browns
For lunch, potatoe salad
For supper, mashed with gravy or Idaho Bakers.
Healthy tubers.

I do to. My favorite brand of potato flakes is "Idaho Spuds".

About twice a year, I just HAVE to have a baked potato with both butter and sour cream. Nom nom nom. It's number one on my list of top twenty ways to eat potatoes.

Peggy, our potatoe farmers would appreciate you serving baked potatoes once a week rather than a couple times a year. Like the sign on the cow says "Eat more Chiken," "Eat more potatoes."
