What is Small Group!

A small group is a special blend of fellowship, study and prayer designed to promote fellowship and learning through a gathering of not more than 8-12 people.

This size of a group is the maximum size to allow for good discussion and maximum opportunities to grow spiritually. A group will be allowed to grow to 15 then be split to form a new group.

It is our desire that through NazNet Growth Groups, you can grow in your relationship with Christ. Through this time of fellowship and prayer we will learn to support and care for other members of our group. Through the studies we participate in we hope to grow in our knowledge of what it means to be Nazarene, and a member of the Body of Christ.

We do not intend for Growth Groups to be a substitute for ministry and relationships within your local church body. We hope that it will in fact enhance your ministry in your local church. If you are not a member of a local Church of the Nazarene, we encourage you to find the Church closest to you and begin to build a ministry there.

NazNet Small Group leaders are selected by the Institute Chairman with the approval of NazNet Officials.
