Traditional Ideas

            I am one who likes to plan the whole year around a theme.
            In 1997-98 we chose the theme as *sisters*. We planned all of our meetings this way...such as...*Sisters are Showers of Blessings*...*Sisters begins with Me*....*Sisters Warm our Hearts*
            These meetings were seasonal in decorations and concepts of modivation. We always include a game, food, devotional and usually a craft of some kind.
            We haven't decided yet what theme we will go with this next year..and we take the summers off.

            We enjoy Bible Studies...
            We desire over-night retreats...
            We have a craft night once a year...
            We have done cookie exchange at Easter...
            We have planted flowers...
            We have had guest motivational speakers....
            We have done a recipe book......
            We do a shopping trips..
            We have done a progressive dinners at Christmas....
            We enjoy banquets for all occasions...
            We delight in fashion shows...many different kinds; wedding dresses, Thrift Store Fashions, modeling for a local fashion boutique, vintage fashions.....
            We celebrate cooking by having cook-offs......
